[Gnumed-devel] patient search result

Hi all,

for those who prefer the currently active patient record to
be dismissed when searching for a new patient regardless of
the result of the search I have added a configuration option

 patient_search.always_dismiss_patient_after_search

which can be edited from the registry-view config widget.

Default is False.
