To your /etc/apt/sources.list add where you have your normal debian 
repositories ("stable", "testing") another entry "experimental".
e.g.:
deb ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian experimental main contrib non-free

Then, do:
apt-get install libwxgtk2.5-python

And you are done
