there are broken packages in unstable or perhaps testing right now
which is causing lots of trouble trying to install g++ from testing (or
unstable, can't remember)
and libstdc++5 is part of that break
solution 1
picking packages out of other levels
solution 2
waiting a week, which is usually enough for the pool to be repaired
