Questions about existing directories in the CVS. The existing readme mentions only a few in passing. Is there anywhere already written notes about the intended or preferred functions of the following directories and files already placed within? (I can afterward post a digest/synthesis to the wiki)
CVS is good and widely used, but it won't let you delete obsolete directories, only obsolete the contents and put it in "attic", which is a bit inflexible for an evolutionary system, because it means code directory organisation is supposed to be just right, first time round, else lump it. OTOH, this inflexibility means you can always find what u want in the attic.
