this makes it look not so bad, and possibly doable. Just use a subset of 
the cda perhaps.
don't understand the code  code / codeSystem  element, which may be very 
specific
like  something seen in LDAP syntax.  I think it's like a uri, and it 
might need to be
assigned. Nothing like assignment of names/numbers to spoil a free thing.
