the  simplification done recently on v_person_comms_flat  doesn't work.

It will only return a row if instances of all five types of comm 
channels are present for an identity.

The previous version generated blank rows for comm channel types where 
there were no entries.
ANDing (inner joining) across all five types would work, because where 
there was at least one
entry for a comm type for an identity,  any missing comm type entries 
were substituted with rows
with blank urls.

Please test both versions before replacing old and new versions.  There 
is no way
the replacement could have been made if it had been tested even in a 
basic way.
