[Gnumed-devel] notebooked progress note editor

For what it's worth:

I made a plugin from the notebooked SOAP STCs which does
save into the EMR. See attached PNGs.

In the process I fixed the multisashed STC to occupy the whole
width of the multisash.

Both work, fine-tuning/bug fixing is needed. Will check into
CVS right now.
