You might try to *generate* some with a script.
- create patient "test-family, test-w" where w = 1..n
- create issue "issue x" where x = 1..n
- create episode "episode y" where y = 1..n
- create narrative "narrative z" where z = 1..n

Nice little Python script, I suppose. Let this run overnight
and marvel at how slow GNUmed can *really* become :-)
