Hello,
After spending some time munching at database sync ideas I decided to take a little break from it and spend some time thinking about interaction.
From your experience what would be the the best way to interact with such a piece of software?
Attached is screenshot of a little concept I've been playing with.
It should work something like this:
- A patient is selected from the first column either by searching it or by selecting it from the "Current Patients" (Patients with Check-In and no Check-out)
- The second column holds some data about the patient: name, age, some unique ID like SSN, contact info, then a list with the previous medical encounters, possibly more data like allergies and current problems. - when one of the dates from the medical encounters list is selected the third column is populated with data from that medical encounter.
- In the third column you can drag and drop "Actions" from the bottom store to the upper list. Upon selecting one of the actions... the forth panel is loaded with more data for that type of interaction. For example the "Photo Session" will hold the photos, the Blood Work Results will display a list of the values, or, as you can partially see here an Implant Selection session will hold the CAIS module.
