Richard et al,

this is what the narrative looks like when exported. Several
things to note:

- this particular view of the data is optimized for
  free-text search, NOT for human consumption

- we use a different view on the data for actually
  viewing things

- this export is ordered by
  - consultation (of latest editing)
  - health issue (if any)
  - episode (problem, that is)
  - SOAP category
  - narrative source table

As can be seen:

- document metadata is searchable now
- document related things now do appear in the narrative
