I assume you do have the AMIS data on CD ? The data itself
is not included in the CVS only scripts to import it.

Very true. The AMIS scripts haven't been touched for *ages*
but if there is interest I'll be happy to get help any way
to get them up to speed again. For now I have checked in
your fixes.
