[Gnumed-devel] self contained gnumed

Hi all,

Heavily inspired by OSAF's chandler application I managed to package a self 
contained GNUmed.

This means no python, wxpython ... installation (system wide) is needed to run 
GNUmed.

While this sounds horrible from and administrators point of view what are your 
comments. this should solve the Mac issue as well as relieve the Windows 
users of the installation procedure. While I still think installing 
dependencies seperatly  would like to hear your opinions.
