Indeed !
The only problem left now is that your PostgreSQL server does not
allow any-doc to connect to the database. Make sure you have added to the
file pg_hba.conf a line allowing GNUmed users to connect. Not
sure whether the Windows database installer takes care of this.
Sebastian can probably tell for sure.
What does your pg_hba.conf contain currently ?
