That is technically entirely possible today. Just the GUI
doesn't support it so far.

The content is not provable, however, unless the dump was
taken and hashed and notarized at, say, 2:05pm August 5th
2008 and the question comes up at a later time.

However, if the question comes up on August 10th and we have
a notarized dump hash as of Augusth 8th all is well.
