Etch already is stable, Etch-and-a-half was release some
time ago as an update.

Lenny has recently been frozen to become the new stable.

Currently I would want 0.2.8.10 to become the default in the
new stable and 0.3.x to stay in testing even after the
current (frozen) testing becomes stable.
