[Gnumed-devel] GNUmed manual

Hello!

Following James enthusiasm to work on the docs, I am proposing to adopt
(Pythonic) reStructuredText markup (from docutils) along with the Sphinx
(http://sphinx.pocoo.org/) to produce nice GNUmed manual.

reST & sphinx allows us to convert to many formats (Output formats: HTML
(including Windows HTML Help) and LaTeX, for printable PDF versions) 

For reST there is even *.odt converter.

Wiki is, imho, too cumbersome for serious authoring, while reST is more
suitable for offline writing, it can be kept under RCS etc.
