To be exact: 10.6 is *not* waiting in unstable because I did not
noticed this version because watch file reported
  GNUmed-server.v11-rc1.tgz
as latest server version.  I'll come up with a gnumed-server
version 10.6 in the next couple of days.

So if I understand correctly no real time pressure for the
server package exists - feel free to adjust my opinion about
