[Gnumed-devel] Certification: Canada henceforth requires patient management software to be certified

Canada has now decided patient management software is to be considered  
a "medical device" and certification will require meeting ISO 13485:2003

I have updated the wiki FAQs and from there linked a page  
GmCertification and there placed some more information including (for  
the US) the link to CCHIT 2011 which will supercede the 2008 documents.
