GNUmed > User > Add new

This gives a window with a close box, but the close box does not work. other 
windows whose close box *does* work include the > Edit user window as well as 
Person > Register new person.

Person > Register new person.

This gives a window that says "Adding new patient" but maybe it should be 
"Adding new person". It also seems a newer version of window than "Add new 
(user). Any reason not to make them the same?

Can this be given a close box?

What about making it possible to zoom this window (presently it offers only the 
"X" close box).
