Hi all,
oddb.org has an interesting copyright. Pay once then copy, change, distribute
to your liking.
Their portal software is LGPL. The background info indicates that the are
mostly pro OpenSource but now want to make a buck, which is ok I guess. Their
DDDs are taken from the WHO data.
