Turns out he/she was from Marocco. Duration of conversation : 2 minutes. 
He/she made it to the Wiki but did not find the information if GNUmed was 
available in French. He/she used the Live Chat and I wonder if he/she would 
have bothered to find contact information to write an email.

How can we make it more obvious that GNUmed is available in different 
languages ? I am thinking of translation at least the front page and maybe 
getting some browser language magic working.
