Inputting all kinds of EMR data (not just Past Hx) would be helped if the

        EMR tree plugin

contextual menu (right-click) could be augmented. Presently if one clicks on 
the top=level EMR tree "triangle" one is invited to

        create health issue
        manage allergies

... can this be augmented to include

        add/edit Procedures
        add/edit Hospitalizations
        edit Occupation

also make the case consistent with other contextual menus

        Create health issue
        Manage allergies
        Manage hospitalizations
        Manage procedures
        Manage occupation

?
