Would the arbitrary keyword popups be configurable to be
- per db (in which case available to, and affecting, all users with permissions
to create / save soap notes)
- AND alternatively per user, in case users did not reach agreement within one
praxis, then they could each have their own on top of per-db?
Another option would be for the content of sOaplets to be parsed based on the
configurable values, best be done at the point where the soap note had been
saved, in case there had been any editing of not-yet-saved values.
