I have uploaded GNUmed 0.8.rc2 for testing. This will be
what is available for the next 2 weeks. It is also intended
to become 0.8.0 after that -- unless you find the bugs
quickly enough.

The major change over 0.8.rc1 is initial (name + DOB)
support for the Canadian MSVA patient file format.
