In my case,

        G:\VGHGIM\VMEDICAL\EXPORT\PATEXPORT

but other cases would often be C: drive, abstracted to

        Windows drive:\foo\VMEDICAL\EXPORT\PATEXPORT

Seems I used old information... seems the exported file was (re)coded in the 
software from

        PATIENT.TXT

to a file-extensionless

        PATEXPORT
