just added three sections which explain in outline form what gmHL7.py
is actually doing, and why.  also mentioned pitfalls still to be taken
care of and the preferred fields / database mods required.   i'll just
update to mention jim's "clin.test_result last-updated" field, perhaps
a "clin.lab_request last-updated" field too?  also oh nearly forgot -
idea of "clin.imported_data_matched" or "clin.imported_data_logged"
really needed, link in *both* clin.lab_request *and* clin.test_result,
hmmm maybe even a many-to-one ... ok, this needs to go in the wiki
doesn't it:)
