Which would mean that GNUmed 0.8 will NOT ANY LONGER install
in current Stable. Which is probably fine since we are - for
the time being - holding back the package from migration to
current Testing anyway.

Locally installing tarballs and including the array bits
fixup scripts will still work even on 8.3. I am currently
working on integrating the fixup into the bootstrapping -
which didn't occur to me to do earlier :-)
