We had a bit on the following wiki page. I added hopefully-helpful links at the 
bottom… it took quite a bit of time to weed out the horribly unhelpful… I had 
trouble to find clear information, but I could not find anything specific 
defined.

It seems that a praxis should define, for itself, the use case for which its 
workers should be able to access which information, and the roles (the access) 
should simply flow from that
