what you see here is a different issue. It does correctly size the width of 
the window (no more horizontal scrollbar).

It does not however seem to handle the heights of the window. It needs to 
detect that your vertical resolution is smaller then the heights of the window 
and put a vertical scrollbar in the window.

This is entirely up to wxpython (unfortunately) and would mean that someone 
needs to report this to and work with the wxpython developers.
