Hi all,

Since we are actively looking into support Ginkgo-CADx dicom viewer I need
some feedback on its performance.

Please download and run it.

http://www.ginkgo-cadx.com

As the absilute stress test please download and run
http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/DATA/GRUSELAMBIX.zip

I am told that this uses most of the ressources (gpu and cpu).Let me know if
you get a somewhat smooth video running.

Please also report on
http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/DATA/TOUTATIX.zip

I scrolling through the images smooth. Is window changing/zooming smooth or do
you get breadance as I do on my old laptop ?

more on

http://pubimage.hcuge.ch:8080/

Please report your

CPU
RAM
GPU (graphics card)
Windows or Linux.

Since Ginkgo has an XML-RPC interface it is possible to tightly interface it
by e.g. jumping into a Dicom study from e.g. the GNUmed document archive.

Ginkgo runs on Linux, Windows and Mac so it will be our recommended Dicom
solution.

PS: Supposedly it is being packaged by Fedora as a Google summer of code
project.

Sebastian
