[Gnumed-devel] Communication channel request and (?) bugs

1. When creating a patient, the user is provided a "blind" phone number box 
into which to input a number, without being shown (or being able to edit in 
real-time) the value the "kind" of chennel which defaults to 

        homephone

… can the channel be incorporated into the patient creation widget or (if not, 
for lack of room) can it default to "default" so that the user can know, when 
next seeing the value, that it may not be a homephone (unless they would have 
gone and made it the homephone)

2. In the channel editing widget

- there is a field for "Address" but does that belong in this widget?

- when I down-arrow inside "Channel" I get a double-list of values… a listing 
of available values is followed by a second listing of the same values. is that 
a bug?
