One way to help fix the problem of mis-spelt medications that made it into the 
bootstrap -- conditional on the praxis desiring to do so -- would be a data 
pack that removes all unused medications.

That would then allow a praxis to run one or more data pack which *insert* 
medications.

But is it acceptable / reasonable to have a

        'negative' data pack

??
