In client 0.9.9, is this supposed to auto-append an encounter of type

        chart review ??

        <whatever was last used for this patient> ?? 

        <whatever encounter type was last used by this user> ??

and nested under

        Unattributed episodes

                administration
                        datestamp: chart review


so that if 'administration' does not exist, it will be auto-created (but only 
once)




Also, is the resulting document intended to be auto-imported, and / or is that 
on a to do list?
