Presently, 'writing letters' results in long lines in the journal

        generic_document printed from template [Letter, short: address and 
        salutation, patient demog, more free text - 1] (2011-10-05 01:57)

Can

        generic_document printed from template

be something shorter?

        output using template

or even

        output using

and since the templates are characterized by both Name and  Alias can it be 
instead the alias used? That would yield

        output using [Letter w patient demog] (2011-10-05 01:57)
