[Gnumed-devel] GNUmed menu List configuration (per user workplace settings configurations)

There exists a menu List configuration here:

        Preferences >

                List configuration
                Database …

1) can we relabel the first of these to
        
        Configuration settings

2) What is the consequence of deleting, when deleting is permitted? Will it 
cause any breakage or unrestorable loss of function, or will it simply cause 
reverting to a default which can be reset by any user when they are next inside 
that workplace? Perhaps in the absence of a value, the user will either

- be provided with the value in

        user xxxDEFAULTxxx
        workplace xxxDEFAULTxxx

if a value exists, and otherwise the user might be prompted?
