[Gnumed-devel] Placeholders: allergies, current_meds and current_meds_table

These could helpfully return something like vaccinations and test results, in 
the case of no items to return.

Should each of these be created separately in Launchpad (or all as one) and 
should they be wishlist or low or medium priority?
