Presently, the top portion of Kirk's EMR summary 'Synopsis' looks like

is it agreed that the most recent hospitalization and procedures would be 
useful to show (in the same way as the problems are themselves listed) or what 
that overload what is intended to be a summary? e.g.

 1 hospital stays, most recently
