This would change things from:

        brother (t 37y 1m): Denevan neural parasite infection (@ 36y 8m) -> X

to

        brother (t 37y 1m): X Denevan neural parasite infection (@ 36y 8m)

Is that what's desired ?  I'd think it more ambigous than the above.

AFAICT it'd be more work than I'm willing to invest ATM given

a) the above uncertainty

b) the intent to turn this into an HTML display (as also suggested
   by Richard) which would give us at lot more options eventually
   (think tables and fonts)
