If the result of the future data pack's

        -- insert unaccented brazilian urb strings into i18n.keys for later 
translation
        SELECT i18n.i18n(s_i.unaccented)
        FROM staging.i18n_pt_BR s_i ; 

will be to add 9979 keys which represent Brazilian urb names to

        i18n.keys

that seems reasonable (assuming this data pack was purposely chosen and not 
routine)
