Mangal is the font available on windows 7 that I use. LYx page
wiki.lyx.org/Windows/Devanagari mentions few others

Windows XP default font does not include the full unicode spectrum, Windows 7
does as far as I know.
Back in the days I found out that there are some fonts available fro Windows
XP which cover most symbols.
All you need is the font that works for your language. If it can display all
characters in Windows it should work for xetex
