You could prescribe

   "Omnacortil 10mg"

and set the schedule to, literally,

   "days 1-10: 2/day, days 11-20 1/day"

or something like that, maybe even putting literal
dates into the schedule.

I do understand that other tapering schedules are more
complex than that and thusly don't easily lend themselves
to this sort of "cheating".
