Meaning that, in order for a local translation to be able to print other than y
m d, and to cover for example in the case of English both the singular and the
plural (1 week vs 2 weeks) the user would put into their local translation (in
whatever suitable language) the equivalent of
msgid "interval_format_tag::years::years"
msgid "interval_format_tag::months::month(s)"
msgid "interval_format_tag::weeks::week(s)"
msgid "interval_format_tag::days::day(s)"
