[Gnumed-devel] Adding procedure - request for Episode field to support new episode creation

Currently, when adding a Procedure

2) Episode field (in Adding a procedure) lacks the "episode creation" support 
already enjoyed in the "Adding medication intake" widget ,with the 
recently-tweaked tooltip:

        'Select, or enter for creation, the episode to which this substance 
will relate.'

--> can creation support be added, and the tooltip updated to

        'Select, or enter for creation, the episode to which this procedure 
will relate.'
