Actually, I notice that the EMR tree Synopsis already supports medication
listing, except that it is currently isolated to a per-problem listing as with
a patient of mine with hypertension.
So, gathering these (and the medications that exist under any other of the
patient's episodes) and displaying them in the overall EMR would remain helpful.
