Hi all,
I cannot tell how often I have brought up the subject of making GNUmed
available via a webbrowser.
The only sane thing seems to be to use python for the middleware and backend
and rewrite a proper webapp from scratch.
Numerous other approaches have beend proposed and here is another one.
It takes
GTK 3.6 and higher and some effort as outlined below.

In the end it could look like this

I noticed that all action takes place remotely which means e.g. files are
stored remotely. I wonder how local printers would be handled. Someone will
figure it out I am sure.
Have fun,
Sebastian
