[Gnumed-devel] health issue / episode revision history

I have pushed code which adds

        cHealthIssue.formatted_revision_history
        cEpisode.formatted_revision_history

both of which return a string containing the revision
history of the instance they are called on formattted
the way Jerzy does in his EMR Multi View changelog
panel. This should allow him to reduce the amount
of code he needs to maintain.
