[Gnumed-devel] Bootstrapping without .pgpass

before) 
        simply extract the new and improved 
        gnumed/gnumed/server/bootstrap/bootstrap_gm_db_system.py

does the above in fact provide an alternative to uncommenting the prompt for 
the postgres password
