1. Go to c:\Programme\GNUmed-server\Gnumed\bootstrap
2. find the file update_db-v18_v19.conf
3. open it with any text editor (e.g. wordpad)
4.) find the lines
paperwork templates::::select count(1) + 1 from ref.paperwork_templates
select count(1) from ref.paperwork_templates
5.) remove the lines, save file
6.) drop/delete v19 database (e.g. form pgadmin)
7.) *upgrade* database via Windows start menu
8.) IMMEDIATELY after upgrading run this query against both v18 and v19:
select pk, row_version, modified_when, modified_by, name_short, name_long,
external_version, gnumed_revision, engine, in_use, filename, fk_template_type,
instance_type from ref.paperwork_templates order by pk;
9.) send log file for upgrade
I have attached a cleaned up config file which you can place directly in the
bootstrap folder so you don't have to edit the file yourself.
