IMO one of the things (in terms of testing) GNUmed would
really benefit from is writing tests for making sure
high-level user stories work correctly. That would involve
driving the GUI some way or other. For that it would be
helpful to have a look at the Timeline Project. They seem to
be doing a good job on that.
