gnustep-make, gnustep-base frozen

I've frozen the CVS source for gnustep-make and gnustep-base. If you
want to view or make changes to the frozen source branch, to check out
the branch:

  cvs checkout -r freeze-1_0_0 make

Or from a working copy, switch to branch:

  cvs update -r freeze-1_0_0

However, please limit any changes to well-tested and isolated bug fixes.
Try to refrain from making any improvements or even bug-fixes unless
they are essential to the operation of the libraries (e.g. to avoid
crashes or corruption of data). I intend this release to be more of a
'We're Here' release rather than a finished product so I'd rather that
the library compile and work robustly than necessarily produce the
correct output.

Please send any patches or bug reports to address@hidden
